Gail Heath

 

Gail Heath, Geophysical Engineer, M.Sc. has eighteen years of research experience in integrated monitoring techniques in the private and public sector. His experience includes project management, marketing, and serving as lead investigator on numerous independent research projects. He has extensive experience with monitoring of steam injections, subsurface fluid migration, and acid mine drainage sites. He worked 14 years for the Idaho National Laboratories and has supervised and worked on projects expanding into Asia, Africa, and throughout North America. Mr. Heath currently serves as Research Professor in the Mining and Geological Engineering Department at the University of Arizona, is a member and past board member of EEGS, and is Chief Operating Officer at Sub Rosa.

 

Jim-Fink

 

Jim Fink, Geophysical Engineer and Geohydrologist, PhD, P.E., R.G., R.L.S. has over 40 years of industry experience.  He is a pioneer in electrical geophysics and is responsible for the development of key technologies, including the Flow Vector methodology.  His experience includes employment with a major geophysical contractor and Senior Research Geophysicist for Exxon, where he supervised researchers developing interpretive aids for electrical methods.  In 1991, Dr. Fink founded a successful geophysical consulting business.  He recently left that company after 20 years of service as Chief Scientist and continues to be an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arizona.   Mr. Fink is currently Chief Technology Officer at Sub Rosa.

 
 

 

Michael Royan, has over 20 years of experience in providing strategic and financial advice.  He has been involved in raising debt, equity and other forms of capital, carrying out corporate and asset transactions and making strategic decisions with regards to capital investment programs and corporate strategy.  He has worked on transactions in the oil and gas, oilfield service, and technology industries.  He worked for a financial advisory firm in Calgary for over 10 years before founding Stonepoint Strategic Advisors Inc. in 2003.  Mr. Royan holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Business Valuator designations. Mr. Royan is the Chief Executive Officer at Sub Rosa.
